Anastasiya
Anastasiya believes that having a full smile and the ability to chew is a fundamental human right. As the owner and principal denturist at Alberta Dentures, her practice is built on compassion and inclusivity, with the goal of providing the best care possible for every patient. She is dedicated to helping each individual regain confidence and comfort through personalized denture solutions.
With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Anastasiya has honed her skills in both clinical and laboratory settings. As a Denturist, she combines technical expertise with a gentle, patient-centered approach, ensuring that each treatment is as comfortable and effective as possible.
Anastasiya trained under the guidance of Dr. Izchak Barzilay at Prosthodontics Associates, a leading prosthodontic practice. Here, she refined her skills in creating high-quality dentures in an environment that demanded precision and excellence.
Her journey in dentistry began early on, working as a Dental Assistant while studying Biology at York University and the University of Toronto. At George Brown College, she was actively involved in research on sustainable denture fabrication, exploring the use of recycled acrylic. This deep understanding of denture materials contributes to the durability and comfort of the prosthetics she creates.
Beyond her professional practice, Anastasiya is deeply committed to community impact. She co-founded Phoenix Smiles, a Toronto-based initiative dedicated to providing dentures to women in challenging domestic situations. Her passion for humanitarian work also led her to volunteer in Uganda with Bridge to Health, where she helped design processes to improve dental care access in underserved areas.
Anastasiya’s dedication to her field extends to public speaking and industry leadership. She has presented at North American dental conferences in collaboration with Dentsply Sirona, where she showcased innovative denture materials like the monomer-free resin, Eclipse. By staying at the forefront of dental technology, she ensures her patients benefit from the most modern and effective treatment options available.
Meet Eugene
Eugene is a dentist educated and licensed in Ukraine, bringing to our clinic a strong foundation in prosthodontics and a genuine dedication to quality patient care. He graduated from medical university in 2014 and completed a two-year hospital-based internship, gaining extensive practical experience in restorative and prosthetic dentistry. After earning his full dental license abroad, Eugenii worked in the Department of Prosthodontics at a regional hospital, focusing on complex restorative treatments and full-mouth rehabilitation. His knowledge, precision, and caring manner help patients feel confident and comfortable throughout their treatment.
After relocating to Canada, Eugene chose to continue his professional path as a denturist, allowing him to focus on the area of dentistry he is most passionate about — restoring smiles and function with precision-crafted dentures. His background as a fully trained dentist gives him a deeper understanding of oral anatomy, bite dynamics, and overall treatment planning, enabling him to see each case from a broader clinical perspective and provide well-balanced, natural results for his patients.
Now practicing in Canada as part of a supervised clinical team, Eugene brings a thoughtful and personalized approach to every patient he sees. His calm demeanor and dedication to quality care make him a valued member of our practice.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to patient care, Eugene continues to stay at the forefront of dental innovation. He actively participates in continuing education courses, workshops, and professional symposiums to stay up to date with the latest developments in prosthodontics and denture fabrication.
Outside of work, Eugene enjoys playing pickleball and tennis, and spends his weekends exploring the outdoors with his family — especially hiking new mountain trails with friends.
Mariia’s Biography
As Treatment Coordinator, Mariia is dedicated to providing a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient at Alberta Dentures. She carefully manages each step of the treatment process, from the first consultation to the final adjustments.
With her warm demeanor and commitment to patient care, Mariia ensures that every patient receives personalized attention, helping them feel comfortable and confident in their treatment choices.
Beyond her role at Alberta Dentures, Mariia brings extensive experience in project management, marketing, and healthcare compliance, which she applies to enhance the patient experience.
She firmly believes that every patient deserves clear communication and a personalized approach, ensuring they feel supported and cared for at every stage. Leveraging her marketing skills, she effectively bridges the gap between the clinic and its patients, making information accessible and easy to understand.

Ihor is the skilled Lab Technician behind the precision-crafted dentures at Alberta Dentures. With years of experience in dental prosthetics, he brings an exceptional level of craftsmanship and technical expertise to every custom denture.
Ihor meticulously handcrafts each prosthetic using advanced materials and techniques to ensure a perfect fit and natural look.
